You have a couple of options: you can either purchase pre-made calendar CD cases designed specifically for this purpose, or, for a more eco-friendly and budget-conscious approach, you can repurpose a CD jewel case you already own. We’ll walk you through the easy-to-follow directions for our DIY Free Printable 2023 Calendar, ensuring you can create a beautiful stand with minimal effort.

Choosing Your CD Case

First, select a CD case. While any standard jewel case you have on hand should work perfectly, I personally prefer a slimline case for a more elegant and less bulky appearance on the desk. For the purpose of this tutorial, I’ll be using a two-tone case. This will allow you to more clearly visualize each step as we carefully dismantle and reassemble the case, making the instructions incredibly easy to follow regardless of the type of case you choose.
